Classic Arcade Centipede & Millipede Tactics

THE MISSION

Defend the enchanted mushroom grove from descending bug swarms! Your blaster ship has full trackball maneuverability across the lower player zone.

ENEMIES & BEHAVIORS

  • The Caterpillar Bug: 12 connected segments snaking across mushrooms. Shooting any body segment splits the bug, transforming the hit segment into a mushroom and turning the segment behind it into a new charging head!
  • Bouncing Spider: Bounds zig-zag through the player garden, munching on mushrooms. Worth 300, 600, or 900 points depending on how close to your blaster you zap it!
  • Falling Flea: Plummets vertically when mushroom count is depleted, planting new mushrooms as it drops. Takes 2 laser hits!
  • Scorpion: Strides across the grove, poisoning mushrooms (turning them purple). When a caterpillar touches a poisoned mushroom, it plunges directly down toward your blaster!
